Lauren Bautz

Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Phlebotomist

Lauren is a licensed medical aesthetician and certified phlebotomist providing cosmetic services primarily at our Denton location. Her passion is helping people enhance their natural beauty through skin care education, treatment regimens, and medical-grade aesthetic services. Lauren enjoys working alongside our medical practitioners to achieve measurable results for skin concerns such as acne, hyperpigmentation, aging, and enhancing overall skin radiance. She provides a wide range of services that include micro-needling, PRP, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, Aquagold, and dermaplaning. Lauren truly believes that anyone can feel good when their skin is functioning at its optimal healthy state.

Education and Experience

Lauren began her education studying business at Texas Tech and continued on to The University of North Texas. She decided to focus the knowledge she gained during this time on the medical and aesthetics industries. In 2013 she attended The Aveda Arts and Sciences Institute where she graduated and obtained her aesthetics license. She began working in the dermatology industry in 2015, during which time she developed her skills in aesthetics and medical assisting. She is certified in HydraFacial, Skinpen® micro-needling, ProGen PRP, chemical peels, Aquagold, and the Skin Ceuticals Principals of Integrated skincare program. She joined our practice family in 2018 and has spent 5 + years supporting our physicians and medical team in general dermatology and MOHS surgery.

Personal Interests

Lauren is a North Texas native with a passion for local sports teams. You can find her loudly cheering on the Dallas Stars and Texas Rangers. That’s right, Cowboys not included. She also makes multiple trips yearly to Lubbock to visit her sister and cheer on the Texas Tech Red Raiders at multiple sporting events. Wreck Em’ Tech! Lauren’s friends always joke that they hope to be reincarnated as her pup Roux, as he is spoiled beyond imagination.
